Our hearts go out to
everyone who has been impacted by the outbreak of COVID-19. The
Westover Companies stands for providing people with comfortable
places to live, work and play.
The health and safety
of everyone in our Westover community come first, and we wanted to
share a few updates as they stand during this challenging and
rapidly evolving situation. We are staying constantly updated with
the recommended precautions from the CDC, World Health
Organization, and local health offices to guide our decision
making.
Effective immediately,
Westover is implementing its COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Contingency
Plan – a three-week plan that encourages the recommended social
distancing to help prevent the spread of the virus.
Below is an outline of
how this new COVID-19 plan will impact and change our leasing and
maintenance operations.
Leasing Offices:
All leasing offices will be closed to visitors. Our leasing teams will be available during regular business hours by phone or email only. We encourage our residents to use Resident Portal to pay their rent online.
Tours of our apartments will only be
available virtually until further notice. Please contact us for a
personalized virtual tour.
Maintenance/Work
Orders:
Only emergency work orders will be fulfilled during this time period, from 8 am – 4:30 pm.
Commercial:
Although many businesses will be closed, all Westover office and retail buildings will remain open during normal business hours. Our maintenance crew will be available during normal business hours to support our partners. Additionally, our janitorial staff will be using strong cleaning solutions/disinfectants and will be paying extra attention to cleaning all of the touched surfaces/areas in our facilities.
